The perfect hotel for a one-night stay near Narita Terminal 1. The room does need an upgrade since everything is old, but everything was clean and the room was very spacious. There was no mold and, in May, the AC was able to cool up the room well enough. I asked the front desk how to access the airport via walking and it's so close! When you turn right after exiting the hotel, take the first road you see to your right (not near the traffic light!) and you'll reach the terminal in roughly 5 minutes. If you have large luggage, there's a shuttle bus (see website for more info). The staff was friendly and spoke English well. Will stay here again.

Needed a hotel for a night to stay in while waiting for another flight the next morning and Narita Rest House was perfect for this. The rooms and hotel itself are quite dated, like a throw back to decades ago. There's signs of wear and tear and the amenities are what you might expect because of that, with some upgrades. However despite the age of the room and hotel, they are kept clean which is all I wanted. For an overnight stay it's good for what it is. There's a regular airport shuttle to take you to the terminals nearby too.

Convenient to both Narita terminals, walkable if you want to, but there is a regular shuttle between both terminals and the hotel. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout and come back for it closer to our late afternoon flight time. Friendly staff, clean room and standard Japanese bathroom. We took the train back to Narita (city) for dinner. It's got a kind of Motel 6 feel, if it's your first night in a Japanese hotel, it's not typical of what you'll find elsewhere.

The hotel is less than a five minute walk away from Narita Terminal 1. It was perfect for me: I walked from the terminal to the hotel to drop my things, walked back to the terminal to meet some friends who live in Tokio, walked back, had a good sleep (after bathing in the great bathtub provided!), and walked back after checking out for my next flight. The hotel does offer a shuttle service, but I found no reason to wait for it!

The location was excellent! There was a free shuttle bus ride to and from the airport (Terminal 1 + 2). The beds were comfortable enough and the room was clean. We liked how spacious the twin bedroom was! Complimentary amenities were available at the front desk and the vending machines in front of the elevator were a pretty good substitute for a kombini! It was great for an overnight stay, before we caught another flight.
